Natasha Baldwin has been promoted to board member of the worldwide Imagem Music Group, serving as president for creative and marketing.

Baldwin, formerly group vp of syncs and creative services, joins fellow board members group CEO André de Raaff, group CFO Denis Wigman and UK CEO and group president business development and strategy John Minch.

Baldwin began her career producing TV commercials for brands such as Lindt, Paco Rabanne and Lee Jeans, and music videos for artists such as Elton John, Leanne Rimes and Toploader.

In 2001 Natasha joined the Boosey & Hawkes Production Library team as a music consultant and in 2008 was promoted to group head of music consultancy responsible for the company's entire syncs business worldwide.

In 2009, Natasha was promoted to the role of Imagem group vp, responsible for sync and creative exploitation of all theatrical, classical, jazz and pop catalogues across the Imagem group for the world. She said she is excited to “ have shaped the creative strategy of the group” as it moves to strengthen its presence in the areas of sync and help find new opportunities for the company’s writers and composers.
